Set up a payment plan

Choose an amount you can afford regularly. There's no minimum — any amount helps. Payments are collected automatically from the card you save on the next step.

Frequency

If you're struggling financially, you may be eligible for a longer-term arrangement or a payment break. Tell us you're struggling and we'll review your situation.

Keeping to a plan stops further action. If payments aren't maintained and we can't agree a way forward, the balance can lead to court action and a County Court Judgment, which may affect your credit file. Learn more.
